You can add flights manually in the SafariOffice backend if you already have the information. If you use the SafariBuddy Add-on, clients can enter their flight details directly through App.
You can assign different flights to different travelers, perfect for group bookings.
You can add flights from the Tour Info tab on a request.
How to Add Flights:
- Click "Add Flight" in the Flights section on the Tour Info tab of a request.

Enter the Flight Number (you can use IATA or ICAO codes) and the Date to search available flights

Select the correct flight(s) from the results and assign it to the relevant client(s) fro the flight (by default, all travelers are selected. Click "Add Flight"
Additional information
Flights added to a request will automatically appear in the SafariBuddy App for your travelers, provided the tour has been published using the SafariBuddy Add-on.
Any flight details entered by clients in the App will sync back to your SafariOffice admin, keeping everything up to date.
You can manage flights at any time using the three green dots next to a flight:
- Add or remove travelers
- Delete the flight
⚠️ Note:
Flights scheduled far in the future may not yet appear in the international flight database.
Local or regional flights may not always be available in the system. This depends if the airline is connected to the international system.
