Using Both SafariBookings and SafariOffice.

SafariOffice and SafariBooking have some smart integration connections to make your work easy and make sure you do not have a lot of extra work managing your requests.

What is the Use of Connecting your SafariBookings and SafariOffice Accounts?

Import templates: If you have a SafariBookings account, you can import all your active tours in SafariBookings as templates in SafariOffice. This will save you a lot of time when creating a nice quote in SafariOffice with ready-to-use templates. If both of your accounts are already connected, the importing of templates will happen automatically.

TIP: Create your itineraries on SafariBookings first, and then import these tours as templates in SafariOffice. 

Import requests: If your SafariBookings account is already connected to your SafariOffice account, you do not have to do anything further. All new requests that you receive from SafariBookings will be automatically populated in your request inbox on SafariOffice.

Auto update booking status: You can set the connection to update statuses both ways automatically. This means you can either set the status to Booked, Not Booked (or still Open) in SafariBookings and it will update to SafariOffice or the other way around. It will auto-update the value and start dates as well.

Does Changing Templates Make any Changes on SafariBookings?

When you are making changes to your templates in SafariOffice, you might wonder if these changes affect your itineraries on SafariBookings. Simply answered, no. 

You can freely adjust your templates in SafariOffice without affecting your tours on SafariBookings. 

NOTE: You cannot import your templates from SafariOffice into tours on SafariBookings. However, your new itineraries on SafariBookings will always be automatically imported into templates in SafariOffice if you have these accounts connected.

What is the Difference between SafariBookings and SafariOffice?

SafariBookings and SafariOffice are two different platforms that can be used separately and/or together. SafariBookings is used to generate leads, while SafariOffice can be used to turn these leads (requests) into more sales. Therefore, SafariOffice is a great tool to generate a higher conversion rate especially if you have many leads, but no sales.
