If you have sent the quote using the email system from SafariOffice, you will be able to track how many times your client has opened your quote and when was first and last time it has been opened.
How to track client engagement with your quotes
Once you have sent one or more quotes to your client using SafariOffice, you will be able to view the client's engagement with your sent quote. This can simply be done in a few steps.
- Click on the 'Open' status category and go to the request you want to track. Sent quotes will show a green icon corresponding to the status of the engagement.
- Hover over the green rectangle icon of the sent quote(s).
There are two ways to view this icon.
A. - > In the overview of your request inbox: If you hover over the green rectangle icon in your request inbox, you will only be shown the client engagement of the last sent quote.
B. - > In the quotes tab within a specific request: If you click on the client's request and go to the quotes tab, you will be able to track the client engagement for all sent quotes to that client. - Read the data that is shown and tracked by our SafariOffice system. Here are the engagement status and the meanings of the icons:
- One green check mark: quote has been sent, but not opened by the client yet.
- Two green check marks: the client has opened your quote. You will be able to view how many times your client has opened your quote and when was the first and last time.
- TODAY mark: the client has viewed the quote today.
- Green cloud with a downward arrow: you downloaded the quote. No tracking is available.
>TIP: send follow-up emails to the client based on the engagement status of the sent quote(s) if you have not received any response for a while.
