In some cases, clients may request modifications to the initial quote. This can include additional activities or alternate accommodations. For example, requesting additional activities or different accommodations.
It's important to note that once a quote has been sent, it can't be altered. However, creating a copy of the quote creates a new version that can be sent to the client. This helps keep a record of all quotes sent.

How to edit a quote after it has been sent
In this section you can read about making another version of a quote and applying the changes that the client has requested to the initial quote.
- Go to the 'Open' status category and click on the request that needs changes.
- Copy the quote that has already been sent to make another version of the quote. Use the 'Copy Quote' button on the quote and select 'to this request' and copy it.
You will now see another version of the created quote pop up on the request page of the client. - Click on 'Edit Quote' and make the changes to the new version.
- Once done, simply share the adjusted version again with your client indicating in the email the changes you made.
