Add a New Item if No Content is Available:
If you're editing an item with no available content, you’ll automatically see a button labeled "Add a description to Your Content Library." Click this button to add a new item directly to your content library.
Open the Library View, Add and save:
- Click the "Add a description to Your Content" button.
- This will open the Library view.
In the Library view, add the content you want to save. - After adding the content, click "Save description" to your Library for future use.
- Once the content is saved, click the "Apply this description and return to editing" button. This action will take you back to the quote or tour template you were previously editing.
Quote or Template-Exclusive Content:
You have the option to keep content exclusive to the current quote or tour template you're working on. Simply select "Quote-Exclusive content" to create content only for this quote (or "Template-Exclusive content" when working on a tour template).
Once you start typing after loading SafariOffice content or Your Library content, SafariOffice will automatically mark it as "quote-exclusive" or "template-exclusive." This content won’t be saved to the library or override your default settings.
